SDR Contracting was born after I lost multiple investments and a lot of money working with dishonest contractors. As a real estate Investor myself the biggest hurdle I faced was finding honest contractors to simply do the job they were paid to do. After years of frustration, I decided to build my own, hand-picked team of contractors and be the solution I wish I had years ago. I worked hand in hand with these contractors to save multiple projects and have build a team founded on trust and integrity.
